The purpose of the research is to see the influence of academic leadership and academic culture on the professional commitment of lecturers in nursing vocational schools, the formulation of academic leadership and academic culture towards the professional commitment of lecturers is still a big problem in higher education. The method used in this quantitative research is to use survey research techniques, through the path analysis approach (Path Analysis). the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing indicate that the two hypotheses put forward in this study generally prove that each pathway has a positive direct effect.
