<note>The trigger factor raising blood pressure the lifestyle obedience such as poor adherence in consumption, resting and activity, management of stress, controlling, and medicine intake as well. Non-compliance in hypertension clients may be handling by delivery of implementation of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). The research was increased with a quasi-experiment and be selected are 33 people by purposive sampling and design of the pre-post test. The data collected were according to the characteristic of respondents, lifestyle obedience in consist of obedience of consumption, physical activity, rest, management of stress, controlling, and medicine intake as well.
The result was any diversity of the value between before and after applying for implementation of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) were p-value (0,000) with 95% which CI. After providing Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) may come about an understanding for the client that hypertension disease should be overcome by a commitment to restore lifestyle. Commitments made by clients to changes of conduct regularly. Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) may be the one of action to support the improvement of lifestyle.
